degree of user

customization

with test equipment and technicians. Audio

data and system response from a specific car is

sent to a dedicated audio processing server

where it is evaluated and adjusted to create a

system response tailored for that particular car.

map data for Area Shot is downloaded from

E-iSERV, put on a USB device or CD, then

input into the head unit.

ECLIPSE’s E-iSERV has raised user

customization to a new level that many thought

could not be done. By using the internet and a

personal computer, the user can access

functions and features that can optimize in-car

system response and provide map guidance,

along with customizing displays and enhanced

control abilities.

An in-car environment is

hard to optimize for natural

sound with its mix of

reflective and absorptive

surfaces. E-iSERV can be

used to achieve a pro-level,

flat frequency response

that sounds superb.
