We just saw how the X-Analysis, with its host of features, makes it easy to understand the working of

a legacy application. We also experienced how the X-Analysis helps in analyzing one big application

as smaller logical business areas. Its enhanced Data Modelling feature not only exposes the Business

Rules implicit in the data and process models of an application but also digs out the vast amount of

business logic that is buried inside the source code of the programs.

The X-Analysis dissects the legacy application programs to decouple the screens from the embedded

business logic. This componentization can be leveraged by the X-Redo module to generate JSFs,

JavaBeans and ORM objects, thereby assisting in Re-architecting a legacy application in J2EE.
